She is a senior executive and real estate professional with extensive experience in land acquisitions and development, specializing in single family and multi family properties. She's experienced at representing buyers and sellers of developed and undeveloped properties. Shay is constantly networking with brokers, developers, engineers, planners, municipalities, and land owners for new acquisition opportunities. She has taken land transactions from property assemblages through rezoning and/or comp plan amendment changes, to development and construction of new residential communities. She has provided and closed land deals with some of the largest national home builders in Manatee and Sarasota counties. She is the one they call to fill their pipelines.
